Requirement Confirmation
We review your needs and align on key details through clear and efficient communication to ensure the right direction from the start.
Design Development (2D/3D)
If you have existing 2D/3D files, we can proceed directly. If not, our team will create design drawings based on your requirements - starting with 2D, followed by 3D for your approval.
Mold Development
Once designs are confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to begin mold production. All molds are developed strictly according to the approved specifications. Lead time: approx. 15 days.
Prototype Confirmation
A functional prototype will be produced for your review. We will confirm structure and design details before moving forward.
Mold Finalization
After your approval, we proceed with final mold production.
Trial Production
We conduct small-batch production based on approved samples. Products are tested for durability, water resistance, and overall performance to ensure quality standards are met. Lead time: approx. 10 days.
Mass Production
Once samples are approved, the remaining balance is paid to begin mass production. We also provide all related design files and offer ongoing support after delivery. Production time: approx. 30 days.
Requirement Discussion
Share your product idea, target market, or reference models. We recommend suitable solutions based on your needs.
Sample Confirmation
We provide existing samples or adjust features, colors, and materials. You confirm the final sample.
Brand Customization
Print your logo on the product and choose custom packaging. We support full customization: color, logo, box, manual, and more.
Mass Production
After sample approval, we move to bulk production with strict quality control. We share production photos and videos.
Shipping & Delivery
Ship by air, sea, or courier as you prefer. We can work with your freight forwarder or arrange shipping for you.
